Bombay Authentics Jalfrezi
A slightly sweet curry with a hint of heat and a lemony zest: made with red and green peppers, Greek yoghurt, fresh lemon juice, grated coconut, plum tomatoes, fresh coriander, fresh chilli and ginger root. Great with prawns and spinach, Aubergine and mushrooms or spinach and potatoes for a tasty Saag Aloo.
