Being an ex-Brit, I bought three jars yesterday in our local grocery store called MARC'S ... items were Madras, Jalfrezi & Korma.

We had your Madras cooking sauce with chicken tonight and it was delicious ... not as as spicy as Pataks, which be usually buy over here, but wonderfully subtle, thus more flavourful - definitely MORISH!!

Please let me know when you intend to provide PASSANDA cooking source to us here in America ... as you are undoubtedly aware, Passanda is the ultimate cooking sauce for lamb!!
